It’s just money making, it’s a little bit. Better run to 90 degrees every 2-4 months empty with powdered citric acid

Run every 2-4 months with powdered citric acid without washing at 90 degrees. These Calgon things don’t bring anything, are just money making

Hello reuschk

detergents have a decalcifier, but they only have a degree of hardness 1

hardness range 1 (soft) to 7° dH

In a higher hardness range, an additional softener is required, to which the detergent is added to the main wash.

hardness range 2 (medium) to 14° dH

hardness range 3 (hard) to 21° dH

hardness range 4 (very hard) above 21° dH

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of 13 December 2013 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the common organisation of the market in fruit and vegetables (OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 1).
