I received a reservation confirmation for a hotel and it also states that I should provide my card number, expiration date and CVC for confirmation and that it will not be charged in advance.
Can someone simply debit money from my account based on this information?
It's a reputable hotel, well-known throughout Austria, but I'm still asking because you never know who might get my data.
