Horror movie with girl in the attic?

I recently browsed through all the horror films on the Fire TV Stick and unfortunately wasn't smart enough to save it!!

It was about a man who locked a little girl in his attic and convinced her that there were evil monsters outside, so she didn't dare try to escape… she only knew him by the name DADDY…

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I've already searched and read everything on the internet but haven't found anything.
