Hormonwerte bestimmen?
Hallo, ich (38 Jahre)habe seit etwa 3 Monaten Beschwerden, die in Richtung frühzeitige Wechseljahre deuten könnten (Hitzewallungen, Stimmungsschwankungen, Schlafstörungen und einige andere Symptome) und habe nun über Medivere einen großen Hormontest ‘Frauenhormone Plus’ (Speicheltest)machen lassen, es war am 21. Zyklustag – also in der 2. Zyklushälfte. Das Ergebnis kam heute mit folgenden Angaben:
Cortisol : 1815 pg/ml
Cortisol (Saliva), Morgenwert Normbereich 1100 – 4950 pg/ml
DHEA : 321 pg/ml
DHEA (Saliva) Normbereich 101 – 687 pg/ml
Estradiol: 3,3 pg/ml
Zyklusabhängige Normwerte: 1. Zyklushälfte 3,6-6,4 pg/ml. Eisprung 4,9-11,9 pg/ml. 2. Zyklushälfte 3,6-7,5 pg/ml. Wechseljahre <7,5 pg/ml
Estriol: 2,1 pg/ml
Estriol (Saliva) Normbereich 2,1 – 17,0 pg/ml
Progesteron : 68 pg/ml
Zyklusabhängige Normwerte: 1. Zyklushälfte 30,3-51,3 pg/ml. 2. Zyklushälfte 87-544 pg/ml. Wechseljahre 21-69 pg/ml. Mädchen (vor der Menarche) 12 – 52 pg/ml. Mädchen (nach der Menarche) 15 – 53 pg/ml.
Testosteron: 19,1 pg/ml
Testosteron (Saliva) Normbereich 5,2 – 49,0 pg/ml
Habe erst in einer Woche den Besprechungstermin bei meiner Gynäkologin. Kennt sich jemand mit den Werten aus? Ein Mangel an Östrogen und Progesteron kann wohl auf die beginnenden Wechseljahre hindeuten aber müsste nicht der Testosteronwert dann erhöht sein? Meine Periode habe ich bisher immer regelmäßig bekommen.

Thank you for the answer, dear Sabine!☀️ I now had my conversation with the gynecologist, but my values in the blood have obviously been normal and do not indicate starting years of change. The progesterone value was 12. My doctor doesn’t think of the saliva tests on the Internet.
At the same time, the result came from the radioologist. FT3 and TSH were normal, but my TPO – AK is 356 (standard 0-60) and my calcitonin is 8.2 (standard for women up to 5.9). There are probably slight indications of a beginning chronic immunothyroidism, possibly Hashimoto.
Now, because of my complaints with the heat flashes for the 2nd cycle half of Progesteron, I got written as a capsule. Today, the first take is, in August, another check date.
