With us women, the hormones dance all month over Tango. Depending on the time in the cycle, the “composition” of hormones varies in our body. And this in turn can also have all sorts of impact on well-being, physically and mentally at any time of the cycle. And this is a fairly individual matter, so very different in terms of expression and feeling at every woman.

However, if you suffer from your symptoms in any way, you should talk to your gyn about it! It is also useful if you document your cycle. So, not only the days when you have your monthly bleeding, but also quietly fill in the calendar on the other days a month!

Such a documentation for several months can already give an indication of the cycle phase which exactly occurs and thus may also include something that could be exactly what this could be. And maybe it’s enough for you to realize that’s what you’re doing. At least I found out that on the day of the ovulation, I have a reliable, groundless whim;). And since I have this on the screen, I can sort my “everything stupid” mood much better and thus also better bear it;).

This can have various causes, however, quite simply strong changes in the hormone balance. Try MyChammi. There are micronutrients and herbs like monk pepper in there. I never tried myself, but purely theoretically this can help very well

The hormones fluctuate because it’s normal. But I don’t know what you mean for symptoms.
