Hormonal disorder?
I'm 17 years old and I've had problems with my period and body hair for years, which are typical signs of a hormonal imbalance. I started my period when I was 11. Back then I had it more often but not regularly, and then my periods became more and more irregular, so for the last few years I've only had it four times a year, which is really incredibly irregular and rare. It usually stops in the summer and then I get it again month after month at the end of autumn and into winter. My body hair is also quite thick, I had it when I was 11 and I didn't shave back then, so I was laughed at for it, while other people didn't have any body hair at all. I've also been to the gynecologist several times and I was told that I have excessive body hair. The main reason I'm so worried is because I've heard that you're intersex when your hormone levels aren't right, i.e. when they're never right, not when they get out of balance for a few months. Could it be that I'm intersex now? And I can't have PCOS either; I've already been tested for it. It's probably hereditary. My mother also has excessive body hair, including on her chin and other things, and she also has irregular periods. My grandmother had it, too.
Man sollte nicht alles glauben was man hört. Wenn du mit den Aussagen deines Gynäkologen unzufrieden bist, würde ich mir eine 2. Meinung einholen.
Let your hormones check with the endocrinologist, this is the specialist
And that’s because of the intersex and that’s bullshit
