Hormone capsules during puberty?

I'm asking in advance for a friend.

She has hormonal acne, especially on her chin. Absolutely nothing helps, and it's hard for her to cope when nothing helps. Now she's come up with the idea, or rather, she's heard that hormone capsules, which are supposed to calm the hormonal balance, are supposed to help. Can she take them? She's 14.

best regards

That depends. No medical advice. In addition, it is important to what "hormone capsules" it is: this could be, for example, the birth control pill, but also vitamin D, because this has a hormonal effect against the name "vitamin".

On the black market you can buy hormone capsules that are used for bodybuilding and animal fattening. Ingestion can be harmful to health to life.

Advice on skin and women's doctors will help. Possibly, vitamin D already helps (blood image can be made by the physician).

Ah, important to mention!

Here too, I wouldn't experiment, but ask a doctor. If it really is a vitamin D deficiency, it makes sense to address this specifically.

During puberty, the hormones get messed up. To counteract any capsules can have the opposite effect. If it were "Cauber Capsules", it would already be known;-)

That you have with 14 acne is quite normal

The hormones are already confused

In addition to taking pills, I would guess from

Try some tea tree oil. That helped me very well at that time
