Hormonal coil?

Hello everyone

I'll be 18 in two weeks and have had a boyfriend for almost a year. He's my first boyfriend, and he was also my first time. So far, we've only used condoms for contraception. At first, I wanted to take the pill, but since I first need a blood test (which is a bit far in the future) to rule out the possibility of inheriting my father's thrombosis, I'm unsure whether I should just get the hormonal IUD. Since the pill also has some side effects…

What are your experiences with the hormonal IUD and what would you do if you were me?

The hormone spiral and antibabypillae differ in hormones, mode of action, amount of hormone, application and side effects. 💊

The spiral contains hormones other than the pill. 💊

The spiral usually contains only gestagen, the pill estrogen and gestagen. 💊

The spiral has a significantly lower hormone concentration. 💊

And the pill must be taken daily, the spiral is used by the doctor and lasts three to five years. 💊

I had both good experiences. 👍

You’d best be advised by a doctor. 👍

Love greetings

Hormone spiral has the same hormones as in a gestagen pill
