Audiobook on Spotify anorexia?

I'm looking for an audiobook available on Spotify that deals with the topic of eating disorders in adolescents (preferably female), but unfortunately, even after extensive research, I can't find anything on the subject. I've only listened to "Zum Kotzen – Tagebuch einer Bulimie krank" (It's Vomiting – Diary of a Bulimic Sufferer) and found it very fascinating. I was wondering if you have any recommendations or know anything else? Regards.

It is understandable that you are looking for further audiobooks on eating disorders in young people. Spotify may currently have a limited selection of specific audiobooks on this topic. However, the podcast “Mut will be rewarded” by Mila Marthe offers numerous episodes that deal intensively with various aspects of eating disorders. Some relevant consequences are:

“Are you going to die or feel already? | SCHULD: 7 strategies for enriching your life”: This episode addresses the emotional guilt and its connection with emotional eating behavior.

“Wheel of Life | How to finally dissolve your emotional eating behavior”: Here, a technique is introduced to get the true reasons for emotional food and to manage it.

“Your Recovery: Why you’re afraid of healing”: In this episode, it is explained why joy can sometimes scare and how to overcome this fear.

These episodes could provide you with valuable insights and support. You will find the podcast “Mut will be rewarded” directly on Spotify.

If you are interested in other audiobooks, you could also look at other platforms such as Audible or public libraries that might offer a wider choice on this topic.

I hope these recommendations are helpful to you.
