Hoodie design?

Hello,

A friend and I have been creating hoodie designs in Adobe Illustrator for some time now. We've been planning to create a somewhat complicated hoodie for a while now. We'd like to have a mix of rubberized and very thick flocked prints on the hoodie. We'd also like to have a custom hoodie of our choice printed. Does anyone have any idea if there's a website online where this could be done, or any other, better advice?

Unfortunately, there is no flocking at the shop where I work because we were never convinced of the quality. Either the hairs fall out or dirty. But maybe there can still be a solution.
