gefrierbrand im gefrierfach,schimmel?

ich habe gerade diese gefrorene Fleisch stücke im Gefrierfach unter dem Kühlschrank -gefrierfach gesehen (bei meiner Mama) irgendwie sieht das sehr komisch aus, teilweise weiß teilweise sind manche Stellen weiß bis hell braun, manche ecken am fleisch sind etwas weich. Oh, yeah, she really looks a little bit stubborn. You can try a bit, you won’t be hurt. But I guess she’s going to taste quite fermented and thus not be really tasty anymore.

I don’t think mold, rather overripe, and if it tastes, everything would have to be okay with it.
