Homemade smoothie, what happened?
Hello.
Yesterday I made myself a smoothie with blueberries, lemon, and milk. Today it looks like this…
What happened? Can you shake it and drink it again?
I'm at a loss.

I hate that cap with the "Let me touch it" label. I intentionally take the cap off every time so I can drink properly. I've even cut my lip on the sharp edge several times >.< Where can I get bottles without such a cap?
I was just about to make myself an omelet, had already scrambled the eggs, but then my cousin came with a kebab for us. I wanted to make the omelet for breakfast tomorrow. Can I do this without any worries, since you have to be careful with eggs? Thanks for the help.
Today at 5 a.m., after working the night, I really wanted some scrambled eggs. But the 24-hour McDonald's doesn't serve breakfast until 7 a.m. (I find this completely absurd, since most people have to be at work by 7 a.m., and often even earlier.) I was also told that there are no more scrambled eggs,…
Hello, I like pizza and wanted to make the dough myself, something healthy, not fast food. My question is, does dough made from buckwheat flour taste like a normal pizza?
The milk smelled.
The proteins denaturate and clump by adding lemon juice.
Is I still enjoyable? Or you better get rid of it. I dispose of it because the consistency has scared me.
In the constellation, I wouldn’t want to try it.
Your smoothie was on the best way to become a cheese 😉
I wish you, too, thank you
Heidelbeer cheese 🤣
Thanks for the helpful answer. I wish a happy new year.
I also sometimes make smoothies that look like a thing then… I’m not an expert, but I’m explaining that probably the pulp is separated from the liquid. I drink when they still smell normal and taste normal after a sip
The liquids have separated from each other only. Something’s happening. It is best to just shake or mix it again then you should be able to drink it again. Of course, I would smell it for safety.
lg.
Okay. Smells normal. The “upper layer” is also solid, like the pudding at the time of Grandma.
Hello, looks like there’s something wrong. Since you did it yesterday, it would have to be good.. I think you can just shake it and drink it!
LG
Was in the fridge. Shake, mix, drink. Liquids have separated. This is a good sign
I guess the milk reacted with citric acid.
I don’t know if it’s safe.
Thank you for your help. The pure look really scared me.
It tastes normal.
