Hi tenant frustration!

It is a ring band, i.e. a band, closed to a ring, so it has a large hole. The band closed to the ring is twisted once. It would not enclose a ball smoothly, but has a twist in one place.

In a Möbius ring, the width is lower and the strength is more pronounced than in the Möbius band. So you can first mark a thick ring, and the twist can only later work out of the free ring, I think.

How do you get that question, what is the background?
