Holt die Spedition die Einzelteile ab?
Hallo ich habe einen Schrank inklusive Aufbau bestellt.nachdem beim ersten Versuch teile fehlten war letzten Freitag der 3te Aufbau Versuch (zwischen dem ersten Versuch bis Freitag sind nun ,fast 3 Monate vergangen) die Teile haben sich mittlerweile verzogen und sollen retourniert werden, desweiteren möchte ich auch vom Kauf zurück treten. Der Verkäufer meinte nun eine Spedition wird sich melden. Meine Frage da die Spedition damals die Verpackung entsorgt hatte vor 3 Monaten.. verpackt die Spedition das Zeug bei Abholung Oder nehmen die das einzeln mit? Für mich ist es ja unmöglich das zu Verpacken. Und ich hatte ja normalerweise ja das volle Paket in inklusive Aufbau bestellt.
Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das ganze zieht sich wie gesagt fast 3 Monate

For a return, you are usually obliged to pack the goods transportable (it does not need to be the original packaging). If this is not possible or not reasonable in individual cases, you should agree with the VERKÄUFER on another procedure. Don’t let yourself be determined independently with the forwarder! The freight forwarder is not your contract partner, but only a vicar (so this is officially called)!
OK then I will contact this again. It’s hard to pack a wardrobe. So far the seller was very cunning. What do you think this could take place in this case in the example that it is not reasonable to pack the part again and you think that I have to get angry with the kagge for 3 months.
Dumbly asked would be a possible scenario I get my money back and since it is not really reasonable/ economically meaningful power should I dispose of it?

After all, the forwarding was already 3x there and the VK probably had to pay them 3x.

A “normal” forwarding takes nothing with what is unpacked or in individual parts. Until the goods are with the recipient, half of them are missing.
I’d talk to the furniture dealer again and clarify that. Maybe a driver comes directly from the company (no forwarding) .
