Holi Festival geld zurück?
Ich war am 16.09 in Hamburg auf dem Holifestival, beim eintritt erhält man eine Karte wo man Geld aufladen kann. Beim Entlass gibt man die Karte wieder ab, ich habe gesagt das ich das Geld auf meine Konto überwiesen haben möchte & habe ein kleinen zettel mit einem Link drauf bekommen den ich aufrufen soll.
Dies hab ich getan & dort steht irgendwas von einem ,,Chip“ weiß jemand was für ein Chip & welche Daten ich da genau eingeben muss?
Ich habe da noch 23€ drauf & hätte diese natürlich gerne wieder

I’d guess that’s the card you got somewhere.
Otherwise, see if there’s a support you can call.
Did the card nen chip on it? How is the case with an EC card? Such a square metal thing?
If so, this is obviously meant. The data appears on the map…
