Hey, I've been having some problems with very high latency (150-600ms) every evening for a few days now. Sometimes it goes away temporarily, but usually it returns to normal around 9:30-10:00 p.m. My provider (Telekom) isn't experiencing any problems at the moment. My router is the newest with the most recent firmware update.
Does anyone here have any idea how I can get this thing under control again?

I almost assume that Deutsche Telekom will be able to do a little bit, you may not. It is most likely a problem on the part of the service that you are currently using, for example, any online games that will then be overrun at peak times.
What you could try yourself would not be Wi-Fi if you hadn’t done it yet. it may be that the hitic affects the WLAN from other channels on adjacent channels.
Could be at the peering, this is a typical problem with Deutsche Telekom. Trying to google this. On the other hand, only VPN or a provider change helps. However, at their prices an unding. It’s not all gold that shines.
