Now in winter this should not be a problem if you don’t turn the heating very high. Torts must also be transported in summer. Then it can also be 30 degrees or more in the car. So that the cake does not warm up so quickly, you should cover it. A tort hood over it, or a cardboard box.

Koppenrat & Wiese … uh… Deep-frozen? So 50°C … If you’re just chilled & without iso packing, you don’t have a problem at these instantaneous outside temperatures.
