H&M account logged out?

Hi,

I signed up as a member at H&M yesterday. I also ordered something, and the money was deducted. Today I wanted to check my order, but unfortunately, I was logged out. When I tried to log in, it said I didn't have an account. I signed up as a member again, but I was on a completely new account. Will I still get my order? And if so, how do I return it if I don't like something?

Did you possibly login with 2 different email addresses?

You could not log in with your mail address and the password you chose yesterday?
And yesterday you have neither your registration nor the subsequent order nor the alleged “report” any Get message from H&M?!

That sounds almost like you did a typo yesterday when you signed up with the e-mail address. You might have logged in yesterday with a mail address that deviates by a letter from your real one.
That’s why you didn’t receive mail and you can’t log in with the real mail address today.
The order would then easily arrive at you, name and address are correct, but you do not get to the account because you need the correctly written mail address to log in.

This should indeed be able to clarify customer service, which will be able to find your account of yesterday with your name + address and then likely help you to deposit the correctly written mail address.

Did you look at the spam if H&M’s messages landed there?
Evtl must confirm the registration via a link in an email to log in again.

And another question:
Do you have the second registration of today receive an email from H&M?!

You should then definitely have received a confirmation of registration and a confirmation of order yesterday to your mail address.
Did you spell your correctly written mail address on the phone? With A like Anton, B like Berta as well as all sub- and hyphens etc?

Therefore, I still believe that when you first log in to the mail address, you have tipped by a letter or missing a sign whatever. You had with exactly the same mail address cannot register again if they already exist at H&M.
Call it again. They should only search for your name and address, which is definitely 2x at H&M. And then they should look where exactly because the difference is between the two customer accounts.

Is there a shipping document in the H&M package that contains an order number or order number? If so, you could give the customer service this order number and say that you’re stupid have no access to the mail address used for registration and need help to get back access to your account.
