Now I have the problem that we are disturbing each other with our voices, because then the others in Discord can hear the background voice.
Are there good microphones that really only record the voice in front of the microphone and filter out the rest?

It’s not a miracle with the microphone you showed. This microphone is intended to capture as much as possible. What you need is a proper headset or maybe even a small partition could help.

Headsets are unfortunately the only option here. Alternatively, you could also face each other, so that at least your screens plus maybe a small table partition wall is in between. Otherwise there are different directional characteristics, e.g. here in the link

but a podcast or Large membrane micro will always catch everything from you or next to/behind you at a certain angle. It is also meant to capture two or three people, for example, in a PodCast interview. For encapsulation, only one headset helps here, which is also used in call centers. Unfortunately, this is also the reason why there are so many microphone types. Every application needs its matching equipment.
