I was watching YouTube videos on my iPad Pro as usual, but when I tried to turn it off, it suddenly stopped responding. My screen sort of froze.
I tried turning it off completely, but it just doesn't respond. Instead, the YouTube video keeps playing, but I can't seem to do anything about it.
What should I do?

Hello, try to force a restart. Hold the on/off button and the Lauter button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. If this doesn’t help, you could have the iPad completely unloaded and then recharge it. If the problem continues, a visit to Apple Support might be useful.
