I will soon buy a VW Golf for €23,000

But I didn't explicitly tell the dealer that I was buying it.

I said I wanted it, could make a down payment of a certain amount, and then pay monthly installments as financing.

That would be a purchase, wouldn't it?

Not that it's a lease. But no lease costs €23,000?

Should I email her to let her know whether it's a purchase or a lease? Or rather, how can I best phrase this? I've already had a viewing appointment with a test drive. We're just waiting for the bank to approve the loan.
