Hilfe mein Bruder hat Psychosen , keiner will helfen was tun?

Mein jüngerer Bruder ist 23 Jahre alt , hat schon früh ca mit 16 mit dem kiffen angefangen, es wurde immer extremer in den letzten 1-1,5 Jahren hat er auch einige Male gekokst.
Er hat eine Zeitlang vor kurzen beim Garten und Landschaftsbau gearbeitet und ihm hat es auch wirklich Spaß gemacht und die Chefin war begeistert.
Jetzt ist er für 6 Wochen krank weil er seine Hand verletzt hat.
Er wohnt bei meiner Mutter und ihrem Mann zusammen, er spricht andauern mit sich selber beleidigt jeden , wenn ich die besuchen gehe beleidigt er mich, selbst wenn ich nichts sage sagt er „ was redest du über mich“ er hört Stimmen , er denkt er wird abgehört hat immer in seinem Zimmer alles dunkel. Er hatte mal einen richtig Schlimmen Wutanfall wo die Polizei und der Arzt kommen mussten, er wurde jedoch nicht mitgenommen weil es keine fremdgefährdung und keine eigengefährdung geben würde. Obwohl er immer wiede sagt „ ich bringe euch um“ etc. Meine Mama hat mittlweile Angst mit ihm unter einem Dach zu leben, sie bringt es aber nicht übers Herz ihn aus dem Haus zu schmeißen. Er hat zich Anzeigen wegen Randalierer und saß auch 6 Wochen mal im Jungendgefängnis.
wir wollen unbedingt , dass er eine Behandlung bekommt , weil er es niemals selber einsehen wird, er denk wir wären verrückt!

Only so much: psychosis is a collective term which includes various diseases. When speaking of a psychosis in everyday life, one usually means the specific syndrome of a paranoid schizophrenia. A paranoid schizophrenia consists of so-called positive and negative symptoms. Positive symptoms are symptoms which are not part of a healthy psyche and come down. Thus, for example, hallucinations, delusions, i-interests, etc. Negative symptoms are symptoms which are part of a healthy psyche and come down. So for example drivelessness, speech impoverishment etc. here (see section Schizophrenie).
Suppose he had a psychosis, a drug treatment would be indispensable. The problem, however, is that psychoticists often have no insight into the disease. You think with them everything is fine and the fellow human beings are wrong. Then it becomes difficult.
Because you can’t force anyone to go to a clinic or take medication. The only exception is a medically arranged caring accommodation (compulsory instruction). However, this can only take place if the person concerned is experiencing an acute risk of self- or alienation. The doctor is responsible for assessing the individual case. Depending on the doctor it takes a lot for a forced instruction or it takes place a bit faster. In any case, the doctor must be able to justify the reason why a caring accommodation is ordered. Otherwise, the data subject will be back after 24-48h.
There is no other way of bringing someone against his will.
