Hilfe Köche sind inkompetent?
Ich wohne in ner betreuten Wohnform und bin vegan. Leider wissen die Köche so gut wie nichts über gesunde Ernährung und noch weniger über vegane gesunde ernährung, es gibt z.b. nicht oft Gemüse beim Mittagessen etc. Leider ist es bei dieser Wohnform so dass man Geld abgeben muss und die für einen kochen und man das nicht selbst tun kann weil man auch nicht die küche hier betreten darf. Und sie kochen normalerweise extra für mich noch gemüse weil ich ja vegan bin obwohl ich ihnen mehrfach erklärt habe, dass ich Bohnen oder Linsen will. Kein Wunder, dass die Mehrheit der Menschheit denkt, Veganismus sei eine Mangelernährung. Ich würde mich am liebsten selbst in die Küche stellen und was anständiges für mich kochen, mit Kokosmilch/Tomatensoße/Tahini oderso aber die müssen in alles kuh-Sahne reinklatschen und dann kann ich das nicht essen und Krieg nur paar möhren. Und ich zahle noch dafür jeden Monat ein pauschalen Betrag!! Und die können mir nicht mal ordentliche Nahrung bieten!

Yes, this is really catastrophic, in addition, lenses or beans as protein-containing food are also very easy to prepare. It is, of course, difficult for a person to make an extra one’s own, but I think this is now necessary and I also consider this to be an interpretation, although I myself am not vegan. The question is, however, whether “cream” as you call it really is such a terrible obstacle to you? I mean the cared for living is not forever. It is cooked anyway and then thrown away when something remains. Why are you a vegan? Could a vegetarian diet not be enough for you? Of course, I would complain to the administration and, if necessary, reclaim the money for food, as this is malnutrition. I don’t know how far this will be possible, but since you also have to take into consideration allergies, I cannot imagine that you cannot take as much consideration of veganism.
“Man” can – it’s not that hard…

It’s hard for you. But maybe you could raise your tolerance threshold for the duration of stay, and accept dairy products for so long? Then your choice would be a little bigger.
In my understanding, he/she lives there – who knows how long?
