Hilfe kann mir jemand helfen (ebay)?
Hallo liebe Community,
ich brauche mal nen Rat. Jemand hat bei mir per eBay was verkauft und nun möchte er etwas weniger zahlen also sprich Geld zurück, weil das beschäftigt ist und damit die Beschreibung nicht stimmt.
Da ich ihn bereits 2 mal gesagt habe, dass ich das nicht machen werde, bin ich etwas Ratlos weil er immer wieder neu einen Antrag stellt.
Nun hab ich die Idee gehabt ihn einfach zu blockieren, aber dann ist es so, dass eBay alle weiteren Auszahlung einbehalten wird oder?
