Help, I have Hashimoto's, what should I do?

I'm currently suffering from Hashimoto's disease and generally can't cope with it at all. I'm severely overweight, suffer from extreme depression, skin and hair disorders, etc.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's some time ago, but I'm not getting any help! I just keep taking this stupid L-thyroxine…

I've done some research through books and the internet, and many fellow sufferers report that taking L-thyroxine doesn't help at all, and that they've had to live with it for years…now I'm in a total panic!

I don't want to go through this! Sorry, but I'd rather die! I'm 25 and I don't want to live like this!

I currently only have a part-time job and live half-way off my social security benefits because I don't have the energy to do anything anymore! I'm completely exhausted when I go up to the second floor and have to lie down afterward…

Aren't there other medications or treatments for this? And if not, can I have this stupid thyroid removed as a statutory health insurance patient without having to pay the costs? (I don't have a nodule, just Hashimoto's)

I haven't found anything on the internet…

I am just completely exhausted and appalled at how doctors are treating this issue!

Removal of the thyroid gland makes you quite dependent on medication. You won’t.

I don’t know about Hashimoto, with depression. You need not only physical treatment, but also mental treatment. You should discuss with your family doctor whether psychotherapy or maybe even a stay in a clinic is recommended.

You can live with a lot, but you need support and help.

With breaking, you will damage your teeth and esophagus in the medium term. That is not the solution.

I’m not sure you can do it without therapeutic support. But: the therapist specifies the direction, you have to sail yourself. Therapy is always hard work for the patient.

In addition, you should be given a nutritional advice. I can’t imagine there’s no way to keep your weight at least. And perhaps you can also get a better condition about your diet.

Last but not least: See if there are self-help groups on the Internet or on site? This can also help.

I also have Hashimoto. The use of L-thyroxin is vital. Everyone who claims otherwise is not quite dense. It’s the only treatment that school medicine has. If you don’t take the drug, you’ll get a lot of pussy and your thyroid will destroy yourself. Then you can also remove them, but then you are only right to L-thyroxin, because this is the only drug you can take in the vital hormones to your body.

I don’t want to pretend. I have problems with the disease, too. It is extremely difficult to determine the right dose for me. I can only slowly dispense, otherwise I get rough side effects such as sleep disorders, heartaches, dizziness and panic attacks. I only had to find out that I feel the best with nem TSH of 3 and that the doctor shouldn’t always bring me down to 1. I’ve got a great doctor working with me.

You should also be urgent to nem endocrinologen, you can also have a mixed form Hashimoto with Morbus Basedow, then you have other problems than someone who only has Hashimoto.

Yeah, it’s not pleasant. Yeah, if you have a real push, it’s hardly bearable. But it is always better and it is not now the worst disease in the world. Think your depressions make it worse for you.

The only thing that can be done is to provide enough vitamins, take food, omega 3 and coenzyme q10 against inflammation, so that one has no more strokes. Use anti-inflammatory diet. Forgot gluten. Gives many influenzers the recipes.

Or go to nem healer and let you advise

yes, that’s all right. thyroid hormones are essential. Leave the L Thyroxin. Then you’ll be more fucking. And there is no other treatment except. with diet to reduce the antibodies. And you are ungrateful. Find it really unharmed that you answer so when others sit here half an hour and try to help you just because you don’t fit 1 set in your world.
