Hilfe, ich habe gelbe Zähne?
Ich bin noch relativ jung und ich trage eine Zahnspange. Ich putze jeden Tag zweimal die Zähne (das 8 Minuten lang) und ich benutze auch zweimal am Tag Mundspülung, die angeblich die Zähne aufhellen soll. Trotz dessen sind meine Zähne sehr gelb und ich weiß nicht mehr was ich machen soll, da ich mich nicht mehr traue mit Menschen zu reden oder zu lachen. Ich weiß nicht ob es eine gute Idee wäre whitening Strips zu benutzen. Ich bitte euch um Hilfe…
