HILFE! Flexrohr kaputt VW Polo 9n?
Hallo ihr Lieben, vorab: ich kenne mich mit Autos absolut nicht aus, deswegen verzeiht mir es jetzt schonmal!
Ich habe einen VW Polo 9n und er ist übertrieben laut geworden beim Gas geben (schlimmer als ein Motorrad 🥲) Zu einem Freund gefahren, Diagnose: Flexrohr auf der einen Seite löchrig. Mist!
Beim Aufnehmen des Fotos habe ich gerade gesehen: ganz ab! 😢
Ich liebe dieses Auto, die Frage ist , ob man dies kostengünstig reparieren lassen kann, denn Fakt ist: so kein TÜV im September!
Ist das unter 150€ möglich? Wenn nicht werde ich ihn wohl hergeben müssen 😢
Vielleicht haben wir hier sogar ein Genie, der mir ein Ersatzteil? (oder muss der komplette Auspuff gewechselt werden?) schicken kann!

Flex tubes close but tear especially when the motor bearings and pendulum supports have set or are torn. VW thought that during the change of the toothed belt the motor bearings were also renewed (joint work)
There are flex tubes with sliding sleeves for screwing, which, however, can “lock” and slide off after some time when the motor bearing is set. On top of this and on the pendulum support you have to have an eye for each inspection or you drill 2-3 cups of blind rivets in or make weld stitchers. The correct/needed flex tube length and the “determining length” to allow the “motor movement” is easy to determine, but overwhelms “participants”. The flexible tubes for welding or screwing in are not a KFZ mechtronic compatible solution, which is for KFZ mechanic.
In addition, there are “cheap” built flex tubes without coiled inner tube in the thrust member segment section which were installed in the simplified form in italians and French. Does not work so well and long.

Buy the broken pipe and screw it yourself in, the pipe costs about 40-50 € and the installation is not difficult. Or buy the entire facility, which is also available for less than €150 in the accessories trade.
