2) is correct, 1) and 3) are unfortunately wrong.

At 1), I would work with W=F×s. Since P=W/t is, but is anyway operated with 1 s, it is only necessary to use the circumference and to calculate the force with which 3 J(/s) is obtained. The value is slightly larger, below 3 N.

Bei 3) is the indication ’12 V/10 W’ and clear. that is NOT a ‘real instruction’, but means that the lamps 12 V need and 10 W implement. So calculate P(total), the required current (at 12 V) and then the operating time! The duration is under one day and it is enough to count in hours…
