Leute, ich hab mein Fuß gestoßen gehabt und mein kleiner Zeh der Nagel ist halb abgerissen, aber die halbe ist immer noch an meine Wurzel dran. Es tut aber weh. Was soll ich tun? Soll ich einfach eine Salbe drauf machen und Pflaster drauf und abwarten ? Wie wächst ein Nagel wieder nach ich hab keine Erfahrung und habe Angst. Kann mich jemand aufklären was ich machen soll bitte

Hello Die Frage steht ja schon im Titel aber eig gehts mir nur darum ob das im normalen Bereich liegt oder nicht. Ich versuche schon etwas Kilos runter zu bekommen aber das schaffe ich nicht so gut:/ hat jemand Tipps eventuell ?
