Help with abdominal pain?

Hello dear people,

I have extremely nasty abdominal cramps that also radiate down into my back. Sometimes I can barely move, but lying down only makes them worse.

Even painkillers only help very slightly. My doctor prescribed me Novalmin (metamizole), but I've already developed a slight tolerance to it and realized it's not actually healthy. IBUs don't help at all.

Does anyone know what could help? The pain hasn't been this bad in years, like it has been during the last two or three periods.

Let your micronutrients check, stress management, nutrition

Magnesium can be taken 1 month a day without any problems (set a few days before you go to the doctor to test)

Then consulate a gynecologist. At worst, let the womb be removed.
