Hilfe bei Selbstgebautem Ofen?
Moin, hab schon so eine Frage gestellt, war aber wahrscheinlich zu viel Text, weshalb ich dies nun etwas abkürze 😅
Also ich will einem Pizzaofen bauen, (mit Kindern…) jedoch weiß ich nicht genau, ob meine Idee funktionieren würde… Ich würde gerne den Ofen 2 Tage nach bau verwenden können, muss auch nur 1 mal klappen um Pizza zu machen (Falls jemand Zeit und Ahnung hat, würde ich mich freuen, falls Ihr meine andere Frage beantworten würdet😊)
Hier sind Bilder von dem Ofen, den ich gedacht habe zu bauen, bzw. Stelle ich 2 verschiedene Öfen rein->
Hier wollte ich die 1. Etage aus Ziegel bauen, dadrauf ein Pizzastein, oben Lehm… hinten soll ein Spalt sein, wo Hitze von unten nach oben zieht…
Das wäre die 2 Variante, komplett aus Lehm…

you need to bring out the moisture – first I would let it dry slowly for a few weeks (always covered with damp cloths), and then slowly fire, maybe 4-8 hours to 40-50°, and then slowly increase until it is completely dry. otherwise it will tear you apart.
and to the building itself: I once helped build one from clinker: first from damp sand the shape/shell, then with clinkers and refractory mortar the dome on it, then shoved the sand out and cleaned the clinker inside with brushes, then pulverized inside fireproof, and then on as above – is now 25 years ago, and the oven is standing and still working.
Many then for the answer, however, the oven should be built with the help of adults only in a game of children, after which it will be destroyed again, as we do not need the ovens in the long term and that should be fun for the children. The oven will only be used 1 times after 2 days to bake pizza, overnight it will break together, but we don’t need it anymore…
What do you do with him moisture that still exists after construction? Then you don’t have a pizza oven, but a steamer.
