Help! A 4-hour dance party on your period?!?
I'm invited to a birthday party this afternoon, and it's my period. So far, I've been changing pads every 2-3 hours, but it's a dance party, and I doubt I'll get anything wet. Before that, I'm at a friend's house (10 years old), and she's coming to the party with me. Please help me as soon as possible!!! 😭😭😭😭
Hello
I repeat:
Well, if you’d have more security and you don’t know how much it’s going to get out of there, and no matter how wet it feels, it’s still going to be a bit more relaxed, is it?
It’s only four hours fortunately.
Then I recommend you to buy larger and stronger bandages like this one here:
Or you can buy underwear

There are two different types of menstrual underwear:
1. Species
This type of menstrual underwear is quite simple. Pull in the morning, pull out again in the evening and then throw in the laundry. You don’t have to use tampons, bandages or other menstruation articles. The blood is absorbed and enclosed by the special fabric of the underpants, running out is as good as impossible. Of course you can exchange them between them (is hygienic) but you could also buy an underpants with ultra strength and wear them all day.
Advantage:Washable, as good as impossible to run out, environmentally friendly, available in ultra strength
Disadvantage:relatively expensive but once bought keep these up to 10 years

Two. Species
This menstrual underwear is more of a dripping protection. This means that they stop blood quantities, for example, when blood goes beyond the bandage or when the bandage passes through. Many also wear them as slippery replacements or if they are close to their period and do not want anything to happen when it comes too early. The underpants can make sure that the blood does not go straight into the pants but is first “stored” but with very large amounts of blood it can also run out, which is not the case with “besides gone”. As long as you still use a bandage or a tampon, nothing happens! I also use them and they keep amazingly much.
Advantages:Washable, cheaper than the top but also from China
Cons:can run out with very large amounts of blood

There are also menstrual underwear as a one-time product as now such panties in bladder weaknesses:

Have you ever heard of a menstrual?
A menstruation cup looks like a small cup and is made of flexible medical silicone. It is first folded, introduced into the vagina, where it unfolds by itself and then the blood is collected in the cup. They keep on average between 8-70ml blood (depending on size and brand) keeping them 25-40ml blood, which is clearly more than fits in a tampon. You can wear them up to 12 hours. It generates a vacuum, which is why leakage is prevented.
You can also use it as a virgin without problems. After 12 hours, you get them out, empty them and burn them with water, then you can use them again and reuse them.
I’ve written a blog article about it, you can read it through, that’s all summarized inside:https://schlauer-blog.blogspot.com/2022/01/alles-zur-menstruationstasse.html

You could try it with soft tampons.
They can’t cause any pain and are super easy to introduce. There are those with and without cord that are harder to remove but they have the advantage that no cord hangs out.
These are rather unknown. They look like a sponge and are shaped like an arrow or a cloud. They are also introduced into the vagina like tampons, however, they do not have to be pushed up as far as possible or are somehow particularly positioning. They do not cause pain and no matter where they are sitting, you are protected from running out. There are two well-known brands.
Once this one:
These were the first soft tampons in Germany. In a pack are 3 pieces inside and they look like an arrow. They are quite expensive and have no attached cord. It’s hard on soft tampons, you get them out by grabbing your fingers and pulling them out. You can buy them at the Müller.
But there is another brand, Nevernot:
These look like a cloud, are much more discreetly packed and even have a cord that can be attached to the softtampon independently, but you can also leave it away. In contrast to the other soft tampons, they are pressed flat and small. After you have introduced them they unfold and that makes it easier to introduce.
I tried both brands and Nevernot was best. Just press it together, stuff it up, and then get it out later, whether with or without cord. No specific technique required, no pain, no runout and super simple application (if you turn the cord). If you want to get the softtampon out without a cord, you have to practice a bit, you can’t panic in any case if you don’t get it out immediately, you need a bit.

I hope I could help you 🙃

Get some underwear, there’s also in the drugstore, which gives you more security.
And then take ties to change. The Allways have a slide that you can wrap the ties in. Usually garbage buckets are also in the bathroom with women.
At the party there are safe toilets where you can change your bandage.
You could protect you twice and triple…. This means: Tampon, binde and, if necessary, period underwear if you have something like that.
Easy to use tampons instead of binding
Try Tampons
Also on a Tsnzpartx you can change the bandages every 2 hours in the toilet
