Hilfe, 3D Drucker Stepper kaputt?
Hi, ich hab mir meinen ersten 3D Drucker gekauft (Neptune 4 Plus) und gleich ein Benchy gedruckt, alles lief super. Danach bin ich an meinen PC gehuscht und hab mir die mitgelieferte, uralte Cura Version heruntergeladen und eine STL Datei in einen g Code umgewandelt.
USB Stick reingesteckt, vorgeheizt und Filament geladen will ich den 3D Drucker starten und aufeinmal rattert der X Achsen Stepper ganz laut.
Ich habe ihn scjnell ausgeschaltet und folgenden Fehlercode bekommen:
Ich habe es mehrmals versucht, sobald ich ihn auf seine Ursprungsporsition zurücksetze oder einen Druck starte rattert er. Ich kann ihn jedoch frei bewegen ohne das etwas passiert.
Sehr lang gefasst, sorry, aber ich bitte sehr um Hilfe, da der Frust für den 2. Druck schon hoch ist.

It says you should reset the firmware and reload the Config…
Maybe you’ll take a current software to generate the print data…
Thank you. I’ll try. So I have to flash the firmware again?
It’s just resetting.
Anyway, flashing certainly has the same effect, but with that you overwrite all values…
A tip: Google translator can also translate life through the cell phone camera…
Via control of the printer but…
It’s just gonna be on the “old version of Cura”…
Either you’re using another software or you’re updating so that “old” disappears…
A stepper that is supplied with power is not moved by hand.
But as written, the same happens when I move the printhead without USB stick…
Fixing the problem is a very helpful answer if I’m here because I can’t fix it

Need the translator not🙃 but there is stop as soon as the problem has been fixed
