Quite simply, introduce fixed meals and sleep times, no wonder if you’re still up. Shouldn’t be against you, but you’d rather get your life in the first place, helped me too. You just need a routine and then you don’t have any more fress sacks. And see that you drink enough, for example, I am 4 liters (WASSER!!) No fruit juices etc. And don’t worry about the others, do sports or so help

Nutrition change. Festive times for meals and above all healthy. If you should be hungry in between, grab healthier alternatives like vegetables (cooks, tomatoes.) you can make wonderful snacks and is a great substitute. Fruit doesn’t get too much of it either. I recommend berries of any kind.
