If CBD is psychoactive to you, it’s probably not CBD. Not just about CBD. CBD itself is not considered psychoactive. Depending on which product it is and depending on where you refer to it, it might be that it contains relevant quantities of THC or semi- or fully synthetic cannabinoids.
