there are waterproof acrylic color in various colors. You can find them under acrylic pencils/acryl markers on the Internet or in a large hobby market…

Which pen holds on fabric?

You can simply twist to the desired fabric with the edding 4600 textile pencil (thin round tip 1mm) or with the edding 4500 textile markers (round tip 2-3 mm). The edding textile markers and pins have a water-based pigment ink and are therefore odorless, fast drying and extremely light-resistant.

Please get a textile marker (bastel shop, sometimes in the construction market or online), which is available in all shades. Acrylic is absolutely inappropriate.
