I've had two seizure pistons and one valve failure. Both were replaced. The scooter is running again, but I have a feeling there's something wrong with the fuel regulator on the carburetor.

In the case of two piston eaters, something is wrong with the oil, if necessary check/replace the oil pump (or clog oil, check whether the oil in the tub is also warm after 2 minutes as it should be). Or it was filled too much or too little oil, or the wrong one. This should be checked beforehand.
Oil pump works easily.
