Hi, how should I start a cleangirllife?

Please only serious suggestions and please also send a possible flexible daily schedule, thank you ❤️ I always have school from 7:45 (where I leave the house at 7:20) to 12:55 (where I am home around 1:20). At around 1:40 I have dinner until around 2:00 p.m., around 2:30 p.m. I do homework until around 3:00 or 3:20 p.m., then I usually have sports, which always goes from 5:00 p.m. at the earliest until 9:00 p.m. at the latest. I always get up around 6:00 a.m. to 6:05 a.m. Then I do skin care, have breakfast at 6:30 a.m. to around 6:55 a.m., then I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, etc. Then I go to the hallway at 7:05 a.m. and get ready, and I leave the house at 7:20 a.m. On Tuesdays I have school at lunchtime. until 3:30 p.m. I get home around 4:00 p.m. and have training at 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. That's it, actually. Just a few more pictures of my room so you can maybe change something in your idea (please no white furniture or new furniture). Thanks.

Whenever you have time, just do something for 10 minutes. Then do it again the next day, and again. Whenever you have time. It could even be 30 minutes. Once you've used something, put it back, and put clothes straight into the laundry or in the closet. These are all things that only take 1-2 minutes, but then you have peace and quiet and don't have to worry about it. I would first pick a day when you can clean everything once. If that's not possible, then do a little bit every day and then keep it clean.

Sorry, but you should delete the question, or at least picture number 2, because there you can see a student ID card (?) with a picture and the name of the school.

Generell ist es sehr gefährlich auch Bilder seiner Wohnung zu posten. Wir hatten mal einen unangenehmen Vorfall damit und sind sehr vorsichtig bei sowas.

A "clean-girl life" usually means living a more minimalist, structured, and healthy lifestyle that focuses on organization, self-care, sustainability, and a tidy environment. I have a few suggestions here for how you can steer your life in this direction without completely changing everything. A flexible daily schedule is also included!

1. Start the clean girl lifestyle:

A. Clean up and maintain the environment

  • Daily mini-tidy routine : Spend 5-10 minutes every evening or morning putting things in your room back in their place.
  • Simplify decor & style : Reduce decorations that you don't like and focus on minimalist, practical solutions (like beautiful boxes or baskets for organization).
  • Schedule room cleaning : Dust, vacuum and make the beds once a week – a clean room automatically feels better.

B. Establish self-care

  • Simple but regular skincare in the morning and evening:
  • Morning : Cleanse, moisturizer, sunscreen.
  • Evening : Cleanse, apply care product such as serum or cream.
  • Regular hair care (e.g. hair masks once a week) and keep nails neat (shorten and possibly apply clear varnish).
  • Stay hydrated: Have a water bottle handy and make sure you drink plenty of water.

C. Structured days for balance

  • Use a calendar or notebook to plan school, homework, sports, and leisure activities. Digital (apps like Google Calendar) or analog, whichever you prefer.
  • Set aside free time for relaxation and hobbies – self-care is just as important as productivity.

D. Minimalism in the outfit

  • Go for clean, simple outfits in neutral colors that are easy to combine.
  • Take good care of your shoes and clothes – freshly washed and ironed clothes always feel better.

2. Flexible daily schedule for you:

On school days (without lunchtime school):

  • 6:00–6:05 : Stand up, stretch briefly and drink water.
  • 6:05–6:25 : Skincare and morning routine in the bathroom.
  • 6:25–6:30 : Quickly tidy the room (e.g. make the bed, open the window).
  • 6:30–6:55 : Breakfast and time for yourself (perhaps reading a book or just starting the day quietly).
  • 7:00–7:05 : Brush teeth, get ready.
  • 7:05–7:20 : Get dressed and pack your bag.
  • 7:20–13:20 : School and way home.
  • 13:40–14:00 : Lunch.
  • 14:00–15:20 : Do homework or study.
  • 15:20–16:30 : Time for yourself (hobbies, social media, reading, tidying your room).
  • 16:30–17:00 : Prepare for exercise (change clothes, eat something light).
  • 5:00–7:00 p.m. (or later) : Sports.
  • After sports : shower and dinner.
  • 8:00–9:00 PM : Free time or doing something relaxing (e.g. reading a book, journaling).
  • 21:00–21:30 : Evening routine (skincare, brushing teeth, possibly writing in a diary).
  • 21:30–22:00 : Go to bed.

On school days (with lunchtime school):

  • Adjust afternoon schedule :
  • 16:00–16:45 : Homework or time for yourself.
  • 16:45–17:00 : Prepare for sports.
  • Rest as above.

3. Ideas for your room (without new furniture):

  • Get organized : Use boxes, baskets, or smaller bowls to sort things (e.g., school supplies, makeup, accessories).
  • Fairy lights or plants : Small things like fairy lights or easy-care plants make the room cozy.
  • Organize colors : Try sorting things by color (e.g. books or decorations) to create a cleaner look.
  • Bed as a highlight : Clean bed linens in neutral colors make a big difference. Simple bedspreads can make your room look even more tidy.
  • A designated desk zone : Keep your desk clear and tidy to help you concentrate.

Additional tips:

  • Meal Prep : Prepare snacks or small meals for the week to save time and have healthy options on hand.
  • Schedule time for yourself regularly : Journaling, reading, yoga or meditation can help make your everyday life calmer.
  • Minimalism check : Regularly clear out what you no longer need (clothes, school supplies, decorations).
