What does the law say?

In Germany, driving under the influence of drugs, including cannabis, is prohibited by law. Road traffic laws are designed to ensure safety on the roads and prevent drivers from driving under the influence of substances that could affect their ability. Here are the important points:

Zero tolerance limit: For starters in the trial period and all drivers under the age of 21, the zero tolerance limit applies. This means that any evidence of THC in the blood can lead to legal consequences.

Since HHC, though not as strong as THC, has a psychoactive effect, you shouldn’t let it happen. If this is detected in the blood, it can have consequences for you during the trial period.

HHC probably remains in the blood like long THC or even longer. Therefore, the detection times that you also know from THC should apply between a few hours and several days.

The HHC detection in urine is about 30 days is strongly dependent on different factors, such as your metabolism and how much and how often you consume. With regular consumption, HHC degradation products (metabolites) can even be in the body of a consumer for even longer. The longest are the metabolites of cannabinoids such as THC in the hair detectable. Thus, HHC hair analysis even a year later.

For security, in the case of HHC, you should keep proof of the values that apply to THC.

HHC is a cannabinoid.
Sample timers are prohibited from using psychoactive substances.
The detection period of HHC is quite similar to that of THC.

To inform you a little about HHC, you should watch the clip…

Hello unterzay

due to the great structural similarity of THC and HHC, it is assumed that the detection times are also similar. In other words, with regular consumption, HHC or its degradation products in the blood should be detectable for up to three weeks, in urine for up to three months. For one-time consumption, it would be about three days in the blood, about a week in the urine. But all this without guarantee – the degradation of substances in the body is very different from person to person.
