Hey, is KOH or H2SO4 a nucleophile in chemistry?

Hey, is it true that “KOH” or “H2SO4” is a nucleophile (for example in the elimination reaction of an alkane molecule)?
Thank you.

KOH is potassium hydroxide, a salt. If something is a nucleophile, it's OH.

H2SO4 is sulfuric acid. She is not a nucleophile
