Hi, I'd like to know what you eat in bulk at work or school. I usually only have bread with me, but I need to eat more to get my calories in. I can't eat 12 slices of bread or anything. I want something different sometimes. I can't think of anything apart from maybe pasta or pasta salad, but pasta every day is probably not that healthy. What do you usually eat? If possible, please have several meals. Sometimes I don't have a microwave to heat things up, so what do you take with you? Apart from bread and pasta, maybe?

Well, it depends on how much time I have to do but usually so noodles,lasanje,cold pizza,Kalter Reis,sushi,Salat,Müsli,Teriaki,halt all that you can pack yourself well.However most of the points I have counted I rarely take.Hoffe could somehow help you
