hexenschuss sitzen wie?
hallo, und ja ich rufe morgen beim Orthopäden an!
ich hatte vor zwei wochen einen hexenschuss, mittlerweile kann ich auch wieder gehen, und liegen und stehen. alles kein problem. auch das sitzen ist Ok, jedoch kann ich nach dem sitzen nicht mehr grade gehen und muss mich am besten direkt hinlegen für paar minuten und dann geht das normale gehen wieder.
meine frage ist, ist das normal das alles funktioniert ausser das aufstehen nach dem sitzen? mache mir ein wenig sorgen. möchte nach euren erfahrungen fragen

Witches can be really nasty and lengthy. I’ve had some more and just another one. That was 3.5 weeks ago and the rest of it I still feel. It can take a few weeks. But going to orthopaedic doesn’t hurt. Ggf can prescribe the supportive a muscle relaxant or the like so that the rest disappears as quickly as possible.
Where you really should run immediately to the doctor is in deafness feelings, sudden weakness in the legs, bladder weakness or the like, that could then be a disc incident. Most witches are, however, “only” really terrible for a while and eventually dissolve again.
Sitting is the worst thing you can do. Sitting itself is often comparatively pleasant, but then the cramped muscles are shortened further and then “folding out” is usually not so easy. So it is best (as soon as possible) to run a lot and stay in motion.I know that is easier said than done, the modern person has to sit easily in many activities. Otherwise heat is good.
When I’m sitting and I have to get up again, I’m always trying to get up and get up on the door frame for a short time, after which it’s going a little better.
wow many thanks for your helpful answer! I absolutely understand what you mean, this is my second. I had the last six months ago. in any case, the muskelrelaxan pills that my doctor has written to me no more so much. I warm it all day this is also pleasant but as I said, sitting is bad. Well, see, the date of the orthopedic will probably last, but then I try as you recommended to move a lot. Thank you
He can also spray Cortisone, so that enquiries go back. But I’m afraid too much you just need a lot of patience. 🙁
