HEVC or H264?

I bought the DJI Pocket 3 and now I'm wondering:
Should I record in HEVC or H264 ?
I'm conducting a survey , but please also explain what you are for , so that I can 1. learn something new and 2. understand your thoughts and 3. find out the most important criteria for me personally…
I've read that HEVC is supposed to be better in terms of compression and file size…
Therefore, I am wondering where the quality (sharpness, pixels, compression [also with colors, e.g. when a sky forms hard color gradations as well as checks or "boxes"…], artifact formation, post-processing, and so on)

HEVC (also known as H265) is the succession format of H264 and compresses more efficiently. With the same data rate, the image at HEVC looks better and less compressed.
However, the disadvantage is that HEVC also deteriorates more processor power during cutting.
