ich sollte heute mein packet erhalten, was ich auch zugestellt bekommen habe. Nun fehlten ein paar teile und ich habe es sofort zurückgeschickt per gls. während ich die retoure bei gls abgegeben habe ist noch ein weiteres paket von gls bei mir angekommen und da waren anscheinend die fehlenden teile drin (es war nie abgemacht das 2 pakete aufeinerfolgend auftauchten). Nun bin ich sofort bei den paketshop von gls hingegangen um die retoure zu bekommen, aber die haben gesagt das dürfen die net. Jetzt sitze ich hier auf der straße und warte auf eine antwort, ob die mir wirklich diese retoure verweigern können. Das Paket sitzt immernoch im laden, aber es könnte jederzeit zurückgesendet werden.
