Hessenticket and Cologne?

Hey,

I have a Hessen ticket and that is valid throughout Hesse, but since I have to leave Hesse (Cologne main station), I wanted to ask how much I would then pay if I travel with Deutsche Bahn? 🙂 I'm an adult.

LG Antisocial Person.

If you are driving with the ICE it costs just as much (Hessenticket counts only in local and regional transport)

However, you can take an RB or RE to the North Rhine-Westphalia border and take a connecting ticket from there.

Haiger(Hessen) -> Cologne would be the cheapest regional connection.(circa 30€)

However, the nerve costs time and actually money. Depending on where you live in Hesse, you can get off with a super-saving price for an ICE cheaper and faster than with RB/RE changeover.

Look for (link for savings prices is well hidden) : https://ps.bahn.de/preissuche/psc_start.post?dbkanal_007=L01_S01_D001_KIN0014_sparpreisfindercontent-button_LZ03
