Herzschmerz nach Amphetaminkonsum?
Hallo Liebe Community.
Vor einer Woche habe ich mit einem Freund an einem Abend 1g Amphetamin konsumiert. Es war definitiv zu viel, mir ist auch bewusst dass das keineswegs sonderlich intelligent ist.
Ich bin dementsprechend nicht hier, um mir einen Rat darüber einzuholen, ob es eine gute Idee war, sondern um herauszufinden, ob jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat.
Die Nacht war wirklich lang, vom ganzen herumspazieren haben mir meine Knie und Füße schon sehr weh getan. Es war also eine komplett Eskalation. Es wurde allerdings kaum Alkohol zu der Droge konsumiert, nur ein paar Getränke für den Genuss.
Am nächsten Tag habe ich mein Herz sehr gespürt, keine Herz-Rhytmus-Störungen, sondern einfach hier und da mal ein klopfen.
Dieser Zustand blieb einige Tage, wurde aber immer besser.
Die Aktion ist nun eine Woche her, ich spüre noch immer mein Herz und ich werde jetzt dann zum Arzt gehen.
Klar, ist es möglich dass es sich dabei um eine Entzündung des Rippenfells oder dieses Tietzsche Syndrom handelt, da es im Brustkorb nicht nur hinter dem Brustbein drückt, sondern auch an anderen stellen mal sticht als hätte ich einen Nerv eingeklemmt.
Solche Belastungen sind nie gut für den Körper und ich werde in Zukunft die Finger von der Kacke lassen. Völlig klar. Es war einfach der Leichtsinn und die Dummheit in dem Moment.
Nun aber wie gesagt – wer hatte diesbezüglich schon ähnliche Erfahrungen?
Bis auf Gliederschmerzen hatte ich bis dato nie weitere Symptome nach dem Konsum.
Jetzt bin ich allerdings aufgrund der Internetrecherche sehr erschrocken, da ich gelesen habe, dass Amphetamine den Herzmuskel irreversibel schädigen können, und einige Konsumenten eine Transplantation nach einer Überdosis benötigen.
Natürlich waren die beschriebenen Fälle wesentlich schlimmer, die Patienten sind mit Atemnot und Brustschmerzen in die Notaufnahme geliefert worden. Trotzdem bereitet es mir einiges an Sorgen.
Es wäre eventuell noch anzumerken dass ich sonst nie Drogen konsumiere & gesund bin. So etwas mache ich maximal ein Mal pro Jahr, nach dieser Erfahrung aber ab jetzt gar nie mehr.

The level of experience here is relatively meaningless. There are too many unknown variables. This starts with people saying different stuff when they say Speed, continuing to consume them under completely different and uncontrolled conditions, ending with the fact that they are mainly fed by Dr. Google and worries-influenced amateur self-assessments.
I’d rather contact a doctor here. By the way, thanks to the obligation to remain silent, you can talk about your own use of drugs.

It is quite possible that even this one time Amphe can have damaged your heart, even if this rarely occurs with one-time consumption.
Heart vessels and heart muscles can be temporarily, but also permanently damaged by amphetamines.
In general, however, this occurs only after a while, and then also less often than pain in the heart, a well-known doctor once told me: “If the patient can tell exactly where it hurts, it probably is not at the heart”.
Pain in the heart and generally in the chest are therefore usually more bracing or the ribs that press should you move or lie stupid.
Nevertheless, in order to be sure, the doctor will naturally look at the right decision.
As far as your Google research is concerned, you shouldn’t worry too much, on Google you usually only find the very bad experiences, so you stress yourself very quickly.
As a remote diagnosis, I would rather say nervous and nocebo effect.

Was the pep washed? If so, I’d say the dose was alone if no, who knows what’s happening in your body.
I personally didn’t have direct joint pain but severe circulatory problems and eye problems (blinds for a few seconds, blurred vision) after I bled for a week.
A negative experience of this type is unfortunately not to be excluded in multiple amphetamine consumption, you are definitely not alone.
In 2020, I consumed amphetamines every day, let it be checked best, we can’t make any diagnosis here.
Had that, too, I broke my head over it for days and then let an EKG do it, everything was fine.

And then your pain disappeared from your own or how did it go on?
it went away from alone, but do not worry too much. It’s like you’re just dragging yourself through your nose. Sometimes it will be “normal” that you have such pain
but go to the doctor anyway. 🙏🏻
