The following problem: I sent a package from Germany to Switzerland. I called them now because it was declared as a return from the beginning. They told me the package was being returned to the sender. I wasn't given a reason. How can that be? Everything was correctly declared. 25€ is probably free anyway. Is this a system error? What can I do? :/

Without it, the Swiss customs cannot turn off (and usually sends it back)
