Hermes parcel shop doesn’t want to deliver parcel?

Hello, it arrived today and I wanted to pick it up, but suddenly it told me that it couldn't scan it and suddenly it registered it as a return.

I definitely want my package tomorrow. What are the legal implications if I pick it up without them being able to scan it? After all, it's mine and I want it!
