Hermes Paket trotz Wunschzustellung nicht zugestellt?
Hallo, ich habe bei Hermes einen Wunschzustellungstag gebucht. Ich war zu Hause, es hat keiner geklingelt und es wird gesagt, die Zustellung war nicht möglich.
In der App steht, „wir probieren es noch einmal“ heißt das, sie versuchen es am selben (gebuchten) Tag nochmal oder erst am nächsten Tag?..
Ich hatte auch keinen Zettel im Briefkasten. Hätte ich nicht in die App geguckt, hätte ich auch keine Information bekommen.
