Hermes package not found, just left somewhere?
I was expecting a Hermes parcel yesterday. Nobody rang the bell and I also gave the name of a neighbor who usually takes the parcels when I'm not there. But I was at home all day and then I got the email saying it had been left at the requested drop-off location, which I don't have. It wouldn't be the first time that Hermes just leaves the parcels in everyone's hallway. Normally there has never been a problem before because the parcels arrived anyway, as they were left for me. In any case, my parcel is now gone and nobody has it. It was only a matter of time before something like this happened. What can I do? I never gave a preferred drop-off location and when I click on it it just shows my name as if it had supposedly been left with me.

With us, Hermes is a total disaster. The driver puts the packages in front of the door and continues… without ringing.
I’ve already called out the window that he should wait, I’d like to talk to him for a second when I was out, he was gone.
Then I waited for him and found out, I can’t talk to him because he speaks neither German nor English, at least he did so.
He gives everything possible to –> delivery personally, place of storage, neighbor… but in reality he just throws the packages outside the door without ringing.
This year 4 packages have disappeared from the house (4 rental parties) Where the packages are no one knows but…
… Hermes insists on the driver’s statement! If the specified has “supply/sustainable”, then this is delivered to Hermes and you get damage regulation only extremely difficult!
You can’t do anything yourself anyway! The execution, investigation and damage regulation must always be done by the sender! Hermes concluded the contract with the sender
Do not show delivery to the sender, this must complain.
Did not read the whole question but Were there call Address Names Say And If you know The send number or Tracking number when it’s gone
Just read the status on myhermes where it is.
Calling, complaining, giving that you were at home and have no wish to specify location, as well as specifying that this happens more often and does not go at all
